These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and vipphfun ("vipphfun", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://vipphfun.app and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all account balances.

To access real-money gaming features on vipphfun, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all vipphfun accounts:

All financial transactions on vipphfun are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• vipphfun accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time.
• Deposits are generally credited to your vipphfun account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your account.
• vipphfun does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Verified accounts (KYC complete) benefit from expedited withdrawal processing, typically within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya transactions during business hours.
• vipphfun reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where fraud is suspected.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable bonus terms.
• vipphfun is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or technical issues outside our control.

vipphfun offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. vipphfun reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

• The vipphfun VIP Program (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond tiers) is governed by separate VIP Program Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. VIP status and associated benefits may be modified or withdrawn at vipphfun's discretion.

All games available on the vipphfun Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all vipphfun games:

• All games on vipphfun use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, vipphfun will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, vipphfun cannot guarantee the continuation of any interrupted game session.
• vipphfun's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round is final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.
• Bets placed after a game round has concluded, or bets placed using exploits or software vulnerabilities, are void and will not be honored.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vipphfun Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to interact with the Platform, gain an unfair advantage, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, baccarat, or any multiplayer game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to vipphfun immediately and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward vipphfun staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the vipphfun Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

All content on the vipphfun Platform — including but not limited to the vipphfun brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of vipphfun or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the vipphfun Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any vipphfun content without prior written consent.
• Use the vipphfun brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorization.

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any loss of funds resulting from your own negligence, including failure to secure your account credentials.
• Technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service failures beyond vipphfun's reasonable control.

vipphfun collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. • Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player without valid cause.

Upon account termination for cause, vipphfun reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, real-money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may also voluntarily close their vipphfun account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

3. Step 3 — Arbitration: If the dispute remains unresolved after Step 2, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
